We created an intervention called Administrative Dates with Date queries. Our outpatient therapists use it to track when prescriptions are due, when short term outcomes need documented, and when re-evaluation need redone. The dates are then listed on the status board. They sort the list by the date columns to see who is do to have something done. We did not give the intervention an EMR ID so nothing goes to the EMR.

Do pole your therapists for what they need to refer to quickly, these do need to be built into an Initial Assessment or Treatment Plan so they can be pulled into the Status Board. The meditech-l web site is MTUsers.com ====================================== Hi All, Can you send me examples of your outpatient statusboards for the therapies? Also, if you got custom or thought of something unique to help there workflow can you share that with me? I put barcodes on their printed schedules so they can scan the patients onto their list, but I am really hoping to do something with the flowsheet or creative ideas so that they will accept Meditech. I am demoing to the outpatient managers tomorrow.
