We are preparing to go LIVE with using the Restorable Orders Functionality. Has anyone had any problems with the way medication orders cross to Pharmacy Process Orders? It looks to me like even if you do not restore orders, they are showing up on Process Orders as discontinued. We are also noticing in some testing that previous orders placed on ER Visits are even flipping to active orders on the PHA Process Orders Screen for subsequent admissions. Has anyone else encountered these problems? Any suggestions on this or other experiences that folks have had with using Restorable Orders would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
