When doing searches for malignant cases, Meditech is marking current, non-malignant cases as malignant if there has been a history of malignancy. The marker is MALIG(h). We are trying to bring in only current malignant cases. Does anyone know how to stop the MALIG(h) cases from showing up on this type of search?
