Hi, I've been asked to submit these questions on behalf of our lab specialist. 1- Is it possible to write a rule in OE that does more than bring up an error message to get OE users to order from a different category? 2- I can write a rule to bring up the error message that does not allow users to order and tells users to go to what ever category and order "X" OE proc. Can I write a rule that would actually change categories it the mnemonic was the same? Thanks!
