Title: EDM Physician Referrals
Our ED staff has requested as part of their "hand-off of care" that the EDM depart physician referral electronically print, FAX, or otherwise automatically email our ER Referral to the Referral MD's office? The intent is to give them a "heads-up" that their pt was referred to their office and why. How are other EDM sites managing this?
