Information Reporting Analyst
HCA East Florida Division is currently seeking a Senior Meditech
Information Reporting Analyst to join our great team!
As a key member of our IT department, this position will conduct and
develop computer application solutions utilizing Meditech NPR and
other supported corporate database programs. This position will also
support and design attributes with magic programming for the
facilities. This position will be responsible for testing and
validating all new NPR software associated with the CPCS system
enhancements and/or upgrades, and communicate issues/impacts and
relevant changes to Division IT&S Staff and Facility IT&S Support
staff. This position will serve as a coordinator for projects and
pilots within the division as they relate to or interact with the NPR
module; coordination of all new NPR or other database program
delivered by IT&S initiatives and serve as the main contact for any
NPR and attribute related issues for division personnel, site
personnel and HDISs.
This position will coordinate projects and project teams and must be
able to take reasonable action required to accomplish project
objectives with minimal direct supervision. The position requires
significant capacity to manage multiple objectives and to communicate
technical information in understandable terms to management and end
user personnel of the hospitals. Effective oral and written
communications are integral to the position.
Requires experience in providing support for various reporting
systems in use at the facilities. Must be able to provide customers
with application assistance and coordinate the scheduling, delivery,
testing, and implementation steps associated with software fixes,
upgrades and implementation. Well organized with proven ability to
manage projects and meet deadlines. BS degree or equivalent
experience 4+ years supporting clinical systems application (Meditech
preferred). Clinical Background preferred. Experience with NPR report
writing, , Crystal Report Writing, Meditech Magic Programming,
Attribute Design and support preferred. Large health care environment
experience required.
