As far as I know you can not print protocols from NUR.
Your options within MT would be:
1. print screens
2. copy the protocols to custom reports
3. give your nursing staff view dictionary access

#2 would mean maintaining the protocols in at least 2 different places!

Would be interested in hearing any other ideas...
