Hi Greg, I recommend pulling from NUR.PC.WORK, not ADM.PAT because if you edit & delete the query answer the deleted response does not update the response in ADM.PAT. Here is what I use. I'm also including an example for Optional group responses. I want this computed field to pull in the medication name from a cds the nurses are documenting the home meds on. The cds displays name and name only. The report is pulling the element code. I need it to pull the element name. The query I am pulling the response from is an optional type query.
