Has anyone had success using the printer alarm from Capella technologies. The alarm works by sending a file to the printer. The question becomes, how do we send the file to the printer when an order prints. Do you somehow code the file into a macro in the NPR report? Is there a way to have the report execute the file? Our PC techs indicate they have received little help from the company.
