Does anyone have a report that they use to give the pharmacy a list of patients on specific drugs and their most recent lab results? I am looking for the ability to schedule a report that will print with 1. patients on warfarin and their INR and another report or possibly combined into one report 2. patients on metformin and their Serum Creatinine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
