I have a question. What other facilities use a generic network log on but then have the users log on as their individual meditech log ons? We are experiencing a "locking up" of meditech modules that are used the most, our example is PCS. When users log on to the computer as their individual network log on, this issue never occurs.
Please, any facilities that have experienced this (& better yet fixed it) contact us. Our It would love to consult with you. Meditech is at a bit of a lost as how to handle it.
