Becky, Write your NPR report in the DPM of NUR.PC.WORK, and start the name with "zcus.prt." Use NUR.PC.WORK for the Detail DPM and nur.pc.work.activity for the Detail Segment. On page two of the report, use the standard sort fields and the following select fields: patient EQ /patient int.base EQ /int.base int.urn EQ /int.urn act.date EQ /act.date act.time EQ /act.time act.ctr EQ /act.ctr You can then attach this report to page two of the intervention dictionary so that when the staff "D"ocument the intervention, the report prints. I have it pulling up the report, but since the assessment is not filed, it prints blank. Is there anyone that has a npr report print, after the Assessment is filed or anything? Also, I am looking for a NPR report that will pull medication in for discharge or transfer, so that the physician can use as a prescription and also give a copy to the patient.
