Title: admission assessment charting
Some three years ago I did a posting for charting WNL's for systems reviews.
At that time we began working on our assessments and did some streamlining.
Just curious are most hospitals continuing to chart with WNL's and POP ups ?
My Director of Nursing would like me to pool the list again and find out is this still the norm.
If so, would you be willing to share your policy and your systems review screen examples with me?
Any help is greatly appreciated as this is always an every changing area of concern.
