Rita...we are in the process of leaving the Kronos "family" and going to a product called Legiant. We are probably about 40% complete with the implementation and so far we are pretty pleased. We chose them because we were tired of Kronos always "forcing" us to buy new upgrades and we weren't satisfied with their customer support either. Legiant has a much friendlier price point and other successful Meditech implementations...maybe they'll chime in as well.
