Does anyone
have an issue with a long Order Set pause? If so, are your OE and PHA on
differrent segments?
Description
of Issue: When using OM or POM, after selecting the Order Set, click the
"Preview Edit" button, it takes the end user to the "Review Orders" screen for
15-35 seconds, then the order set displays on the Preview Edit screen. This
confuses the end users.
Meditech
said it is because our Pharmacy module is on a different segment (server)
then our OE Segment (server). Before we go through the trouble of changing
this, we would like to make sure.
