I think I messed up somewhere. I have an NPR report , written in
DPM NUR.PC.WORK, Segment nur.pc.work.activity, Index nur.date.doc.x.
PER the power point, I included these three selects:

I don’t believe I am getting
the last filed values. What we have are a series of
Customer Defined Screens that use the same queries. An answer that might be a
nil at the time of admission might change to a different value at discharge or
as the patient’s visit progresses. Also the same CDS may be used multiple
times during the course of the patient’s admission. One of the reasons
they used the same query to create the pages was to be able to call forward the
previous answers. Each filing needs to be separated out and the product vetted
for passage onto another product as an xml tag.
