Hi everyone - we are having problems with our Lexmark 2481 dot matrix printers. Every now and then, a character is dropped from the health care number on a registration form, and from the unit number on our Medical Records outguide labels. The problem is sporadic, and if the form/label is reprinted, everything is fine. We can't figure out what the problem is. Has anyone else experienced this type of problem, and do you have any suggestions? We are a Magic 5.4 site. Thanks so much!
