We're not using anything but Meditech.
Yes. If the CAS codes are CAS 42 (Fee Schedule), CAS 2 (Coinsurance),
CAS 1 (Deductible), CAS 41 (PPO) and a payment and an adjustment, there
will be separate batch entries for each (payment and adjustment are in
one entry). This does increase the batch size tremendously, but it's
soooooo worth it!
