Hello,
We are currently using MSM to schedule patient appointments we will be switching over to Meditech Community Wide Scheduling sometime in May. The problem that we have now is in one department alone there are 5000 appointments already booked that need to be entered into CWS. Not to mention all the other departments are going live at the same time. Manual entry would take an enormous amount of time and man power. The only problem there is this can only be done when we have access to live. We have thought of building a script which might or might not work.
I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem and how did you enter your existing appointments? Any and all help will be accepted and appreciated.
