Have any of you purchased software that assists you in auditing the admission process? Some of the things that we are looking to track would be: incorrect abbreviations in addresses, incorrect postal coding, missing or incorrectly formatted ssn's, policy number formatting, etc. We are aware that a few sites that have built something in-house. We are also interested if any of you are willing to share your process, what other items you are reviewing and what processes you have put in place. We are getting close to the end of our budget process and want to include money for software if there is a really good product on the market. Thank you in advance!
