Title: CDS Attribute for NUR Magic 5.4
I am not at all familiar with these attributes. I did get some help form the L-Archives but I can't get this to work.
I need an attribute that will default Y if this is the first time it is documented today and N if it is not. This of course will need to happen if the previous query is answered yes. I would appreciate any help on I can get on this.
NUR.OXYGEN is the query asking if the patient is on O2. NUR.RESP07 is the Y or N Query for sending the O2 charge. The second part works as far as defaulting the Y or N. However, it doesn't matter whether the first query is Y or N or blank it still defaults an answer in the send charge query.
Here is what I have on the Send Charge query.
