We are currently seeking a
Meditech Specialist to join our team.
This important team member will work with the First Consulting Group
CyberView interface extensively to provide the following support:
Maintains current NPR report extracts to CyberView
interface
Creates new NPR report extracts for CyberView interface and custom
projects Designs, installs and configures the Meditech part of CyberView product
interface Develops NPR reports extracts based on the clients¡¦ requirements
Actively participates in CyberView product design and development
Assists in data validation process from Meditech applications to Data
Repository to CyberView
Creates data validation processes from Meditech applications to Data
Repository to CyberView
Knowledge and Skills
Required:
Strong knowledge expertise with Meditech Magic and C/S environments in
all modules
Strong working knowledge of NPR Report writer
Advanced working knowledge of and experience with NPR Report Writer
including extensive macro development.
Knowledge and expertise with Meditech Magic and C/S FTP facilities
Knowledge of and expertise with Meditech Magic FTP
processes
Knowledge of and expertise with Magic programming for Meditech Client
Server downloading processes
Knowledge and expertise with Meditech Data Repository data structures
Knowledge of hospital operations and procedures (and how they affect Meditech
data structures)
Expertise with Microsoft SQL Server 7 and above
Above average SQL knowledge
Able to work remotely and on-site as projects require
Able to work directly with the clients to determine the reporting
requirements
Able to work with team members during the product installation and
support
Able to work with team members on custom projects
Relocation is not required. This is a work-from-home position with a
maximum of 25% or less travel requirement.
