I'm hoping someone from this list can help !!! We went live with Magic 5.5 update on the 23rd of March and we have had nothing but trouble with numerous issues that were working fine before this update.

Is that based on certain criteria the hema tech may need to add a MANUAL diff to a CBC, when this happens the CBC has already been
Ran thru our Coulter Gens ,when they add this Manual Diff that causes the CBC to re-appear on the Download list of the analyzer and it stays
There because per meditech the system knows that the patient is not complete since we added that manual diff which is truly a Manual
Where the tech reads the slide on the scope ,when those results are entered on that CBC the patient still doesn't come off the download list
Because meditech still doesn't realize the patient is complete
(since it was a true manual and not an Automated diff) . So the tech is having to manually remove these patients and she is not happy.
This wasn't like this before our update to 5.5 and this is the only interfaced analyzer that this has happened to. I hope that this makes
Sense and someone out there can help me with a work around.
Meditech says it's working as designed. The DTS that applied to this issue was an internal DTS viewable only to Meditech so that's why we weren't aware that this was going to happen.
