Has anyone found a method to automate or streamline this tracking through Meditech? We prefer to track this within our Meditech system, if possible since this year's budget process is over and funds were allotted to other needed improvements. We presently have Kronos' T&A, with our payable PTO and Sick leave hours feeding back into Meditech as normal PTO and Sick hours. There's nothing that denotes these paid hours as FMLA. Any feedback on ideas and experience in this area would be most appreciated.
