@.sd tranlslates to (S(0)+/.TZO)
/.TZO is a variable that holds a `time zone offset'.
I believe this was developed for hospitals with a common system that
crosses time zones - but I'm quite sure how it works. Meditech
programmers are taught to use @.sd rather than the more common S(0) -
the latter of which is the internal clock that continuously increments
by seconds.

Does anyone know what @.sd is?
Example:

xx.printed.date.time
DAT=FREE
JFY=L
LEN=40
VAL=%Z.date.out.long(%Z.date.clin.to.npr(@.sd^ZSD))X_"
("_%Z.time.out(ZSD)X_")"
VAL=_IF{"Y"[EMAIL PROTECTED]&(@radiologist.batch[,1

]^ZRB
VAL='="E")&("Y"'[EMAIL PROTECTED]) "  Batch No:
"_ZRB}
