We are in the process of implementing roll around carts at our facility….
We are having a problem getting staff to use them and give up the old dumb terminals, so it is a work in progress………
***One of my managers thinks that if we had roll around stools that could be pulled up to the carts that staff would use them more because “her staff “ (she reports) is too tired to stand there and document on 7-9 patients at a time…..
Has anyone else faced a challenge like this????????
Please give me some feedback here that I can use to help administration make a decision…..
