Hello Meditech L group,
We are magic 5.4 3 and we are currently building more flowsheets.
What we are seing now is after being discharged and being re-admitted I get + signs for interventions that were previously documented in another visit. It references to Knowledge base article #18654.
Is this something we can prevent from happening in the flowsheet?
Has anyone talked to there NUR specialist about this? What answer did you get?
