Hello: I have created an electronic form to be used to print HCFA 1500 claim forms from a laser printer. We are not planning to purchase an ELF chip, but rather purchase pre-printed 1500 claim forms. I am having trouble testing the alignment for this form. My current settings are: Mnemonic ELF1500 Name LASER 1500 FORM PRINTING Report BAR.PAT.frm.1500.92 Orientation PORTRAIT Macro Control Program STD Paper Size LETTER Default Macro Num 99999 CPI 10.2 Left Margin 0.3 inches LPI 6 Top Margin 0.290 inches Text Len 62 lines Num Copies 1 Devices P2 WMISCLJ I was also wondering if you had any input on why when I print from P2 (Dell Laser M5200), the form prints fine, but when I print form WMISCLJ (Dell Laser 5100cn) an extra line is added to the top margin, printing 2 pages.
