I have never heard from a LTC specific consultant. I believe there's a site somewhere in NY state called Peace something. That's the best I can do. I cover C/S LTC here at Murray Calloway in Kentucky. We went up with the c/s version in 2002 and had great difficulty because it was new (to the c/s platform at least). I believe it is much better now. There is a site in Danville KY that has it and I believe they are using the MDS functions and everything. Good luck. Let me know if I can help.
