In previous upgrades at my last C/S place we always had issues with out clients using Terminal Services/Citrix and some lab computers. I always reverted back to the version that worked. If you have a previous version of print manager do the following on a test machine: 1. Go into c:\program files\Meditech\print and delete everything files and folders except the last.update file 2. Take the previous print manager executables and dll files and put them into the print directory but make sure not to copy the last.update file (if you overwrite it will try to update the print folder back to the latest version). 3. Select all files that were copied and set the permissions on the files to everyone full control. 4. Try printing. Again this is a suggestion and should only be done on a test machine. If this works you should be able to get your folks back printing until you can follow-up with Meditech for a fix. Hope this helps. All messages should be posted in plain text. HTML will be converted to attachments. The meditech-l web site is MTUsers.com ====================================== Hi All, Have any of you had trouble with reverse font printing (white text on black) on std reports (Lab in particular) in C/S? Since our upgrade we are having issues where the white text is not coming through and only a black box is printed. The issue can be corrected by updating the print driver for the printer (on all BJPs for all printers...uggh), but I'm curious if anyone has received a solution from Meditech. Clearly they've made some changes in the way they are sending these print jobs (we are on Print Manager 537). Thanks!
