Hi Jim- Are you looking to have an output portrait or landscape? If you look at the "audit trail" in the eMAR reports, that might help you out. The eMAR Admin Report has all of that, and more - Admin Criteria, Acknowledgement Comments, Admin Comments, CDS's, etc. Kevin. Kevin McConnell, PharmD. HTML will be converted to attachments. The meditech-l web site is MTUsers.com ====================================== I've translated Meditech's AD1 MAR format. I've got the kinks worked out in the macro's and it is actually working (I've amazed myself thus far). Now I want to add the eMAR Admin Comments associated with each administration -- I'm stumped. The AD1 administration section is built off [med.times.sd.urn,med.times.sd.q] subscripts in PHA.RX.display.med.times.sd segment. The admin comments I'm after are built off [admin.urn,admin.q,admin.text.q] in PHA.RX.admin and its child segment of PHA.RX.admin.text. I can't seem to find a way to build a subscript to get the "admin.text.q" directly associated with "med.times.sd.q". I'm not understanding the link between the two segments but I know there must be one -- right? Does anyone in L-land have any ideas? Do I need to be thinking about rebuilding the standard macros in the AD1 administration section out of the PHA.RX.admin segment instead of the PHA.RX.display.med.times.sd segment? Does anyone have an article to enlighten me what Meditech is doing with the PHA.RX.display.med.times.sd segment? Does anyone have a MAR built that includes admin comments they would share with me? If all else fails, any of you NPR programming consultants interested in making a buck by editing a macro for me? We are a Magic 5.4.3 site and yes I'm a rooky with Macros!
