Please post to Meditech-L site We recently changed our connections to xyplex 1620 termservers and are using the 8.1 version of O/S on OSAL servers. Recently we had a problem when we were printing lab labels and someone in Meditech-L land gave us a solution. However, now we seem to have another printing problem using Genicom 3810 printers for our Rad requisitions. (we are still on the $T program) It doesn't happen on all the reqs but when it does occur, it will print part of the req and stop. The techs hit the FF button on the printer and it will advance and finish printing the req, which causes the alignment to go off. Has anyone experienced this problem and would like to share the "solution"?
