I am a MEDITECH BAR and PRORATION consultant and have worked on MEDITECH systems since 1988 (both MAGIC and C/S).
Yes, we script all Reimbursement tables.
They need to be verified afterward, of course,
but it certainly speeds the process immensely.
I have also worked with the new "latest, greatest" Reimbursement feature (vs. the old Proration/Contract Management).
It does seem to make more sense than the prior attempt at "simplification" of the proration dictionaries, but
I think there are still instances where MAGIC programming still needs to be used if your contacts are fairly convoluted (alot of carveouts, detail, etc).
