For the admit date issue you can always attach a CDS to the account to capture 
what the patient's original admit date was. That can certainly be pulled onto a 
claim form. 

What is meant by the Medicaid Reimbursement changing each month? Are you 
referring to the per diem amount, patient liability amounts....?? I would think 
that could be addressed in a proration rule but I'm not clear on what the issue 
is.
