Greetings, I apologize in advance for the added post to this thread; however felt I should clarify the situation to make sure there are no "misconceptions" out there. This was old post actually. From what I saw in notes in our call tracking system and reading the thread below, this was originally posted back on Feb. 24. We successfully resolved the issue offline of the L - as was suggested by another post on the L. It was not product functionality related as our Client Server Connection can pick printers by name or partial name using a single command as well as click icons by name not location, read from menu dropdowns and flyouts, "F9 lookups", non editable fields etc. We've also successfully scripted the "F/S" display without using OCR. This is a very common issue that we solve where Boston Workstation and other low-end scripting tools fail. CS Print Manager will solve this issue and more.... Please give him and anyone else a free trial license of CS Print Manager that replies to this message. The meditech-l web site is MTUsers.com ====================================== I got a developer standing on the ledge of our 6th floor because he can't get something to work. When he opens the printer dialog box in C/S he can select "P" for 'Send to' Printer but when he tries to key a "P" in the Destination Printer List to get our "PHR All" group it does nothing. He tries to key "[DOWN]" it still does not open the drop down list. Can someone please tell me how to do it so I can talk him down from the ledge. Boston Workstation has help scripts on their site but the one for selecting the printer does not work. Our configuration is: Meditech C/S 5.5.2 We also run under a Citrix environment and I hope this is not the culprit.
