A couple of days ago, I posted a survey that asked whether facilities use dummy accounts in their Live systems. Of 15 respondents, 8 answered "YES", they use dummy accounts. Most of these respondents went on to explain that they used one or two John or Jane Doe type accounts, until a patient can be identified. Add my facility to the "NO's", and we get a 50% split.
