Nightly we have the system adjust off with the following routine 22. Run Small Balance write off. For our Self Pay balance accounts. Monthly we will run the following compiled report and this is based on any accounts with a balance of 9.99-(-9.99). We do not base it on the Insurance Balance but rather the entire account balance only. Select Field Index Any Use Query From Value Thru Value CUR STATUS Y A CUR BALANCE N I -9.99 -0.01 CUR BALANCE N I 0.01 9.99 We then do the Small Balance W/o for accounts pulled in for this selection file Marie L.
