One is a MAR Format (hence printed thru PHA, PCI, etc.) with a header and then a one liner - med, dose, sig, start date, scheduled admin times. The second is a PHA Profile (hence PHA access is required) - very clean and easy to set up. As for eMAR, I schedule the first one to auto print at the beginning of each shift. Best of luck - Kevin. We are live in one unit with eMAR and bringing the others online shortly. Does anyone have an NPR they use that includes just a few elements of the paper MAR? I'm looking for a report that will list each med, basic pieces of the order, and its schedule on only one line. In other words, I don't need the dose instructions, label comments, start and stop date, etc. For example: Synthoid 100mcg po Daily 0900 Amoxicillin 500mg po BID 0900 2100 Proventil Nebs 3ml inhalation Q4H 0400 0800 1200 1600 2000 Maybe a custom profile report would work? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!!
