Meditech isn't able to attach modifiers via NUR/PCS. We chose to still with ITS for charging for outpatient therapy. We do use NUR/PCS for inpatient therapy, where we do not need modifiers. We submitted an enhancement request a couple/few years ago, but don't know where they are with it.
