All 6 of us in IS have access to all dictionaries. We all fix PCs, run wires, fix phones, fix
Fax machines, diagnose network problems, cook at hospital cookouts etc. It probably depends
on the size of your department and the number of users and peripherals you are responsible for.
We have about 450 users in a 26 to 92 bed hospital (depending on the weather at the Medicare
Intermediaries.) and a few Dr's offices.

I report to the IS department and have no access to the user's menus. I have
access to the access dictionary in NUR but not the menu's.
