Jim, We have a large amount of Ortho Implants (mostly total joints) under consignment. We set up a MISC MAIN Inventory then created OR MISC IMPLANT 1, OR MISC IMPLANT 1, and so on (up to 20), associated a Billing Number, set it to Create Charge Txn Y, and Charge Editable Y. When we enter the Implants on the Profile we enter the actual charge along with all of the implant-specific data. This has been working very well for us.
