We are considering a change to Quest Diagnostics for our primary reference laboratory. In our discussions, we are considering having Quest bill for all non-hospital reference testing, and would therefore need to send them the appropriate billing information. I am interested in knowing if any other sites have done that with Quest or any other reference lab, and if so, what was involved, i.e. was this done with a standard MediNet interface, or were there additional components and expenses involved.
