We have ours set for 365 days to purge calendar detail. The other purge parameters are set for shorter times (cancelled appts 60 days, meetings/reservations 60 days, etc.) but we felt it was a good idea to keep at least one year of calendar info. We are a smaller hospital, though, so our volume of data may not be as great as yours. But we've also upgraded the Meditech servers several times within the past couple of years, so we have lots of space.
