Posting for a co-worker: We could use some help with Collection Agency Transfers. We are going to be starting a regular program of second placements - moving accounts from one collection agency to another after there has been no activity in the first agency for a period of several months. Unfortunately, we won't be moving every account assigned to the first agency on a particular day or period of time. We haven't been able to come with any criteria to use to generate a Selection Report that would allow us to do this using the Auto Collection Agency Transfer function. However, there are literally thousands of accounts that need to be transferred. Is our only option to go into each individually and change the agency or did someone come up with an easier way to accomplish this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
