I heard that Meditech is enhancing their bed board system with one of the next releases and that Forward Advantage was/is working with them on phone integration. You may want to talk to Meditech and Forward Advantage to see how far away this is (I know Meditech's was free - so you would only pay for the Forward Advantage solution).
