you may have already covered this, but if the machines in your client dictionary are allowed to have multiple sessions, each one must be defined in the Client dictionary.
For example, say a machine can have 4 sessions: 10.100.15.1 through 10.100.15.4. If you only have the first one defined, and someone has multiple sessions open and is not using the first one, your labels won't print.
Probably not it, but with intermittent problems, you've got to look under every nook and cranny-
