Hi Carla – we’ve done this
twice since our initial go live in 1997 and found the “best” easiest
way is to send out a letter to all non-staff physicians to “fax back”
the corrected information. The letter is done in word with an excel
mail merge from excel with dr name, address, phone, fax, license number, upin

would like to clean up our Provider Dictionary and are having trouble coming up
with a report that would list Providers that have not had a patient in our
Facility in the last 2 years. Does anyone have something already written that
