I know it for a fact because when I want to paste in screen prints I get a message warning me that this will not show or I have to convert my message to HTML. My text settings JUST DO NOT seem to matter. All my e-mails to the L end up at attachments anyway. Is there something I don't know? I receive a little over 100 emails a day. This is after about 300 have been pre-screened and removed by our SPAM appliance. As a result I depend heavily on the Subject lines. If a Subject line does not catch my eye I likely will never open the message...text or not.
