Our Shift assessments are group assessments.  For each system (neuro,
resp....) on the first query I have a Within DEFINED Limits query.  On
this query I have entered the defined limits in the query descriptor.
This then prints to the discharge summary.

Or you could define your WNL statement on your CDS by using label
queries. I have done this and presented it to several legal, risk
management folks and have received approval on all.
