Hello, What are you doing to indicate specific edits to PHA that do not flag back for re-verification, but require a Pharmacist's review? We have used the Process Patient Activity function, but it's too vague for the information needing review from POM. If you've found a way around it and/or if you've written a custom report, I'd like to chat!
